Role Definition for User Access

Access to the Database will be granted at 3 levels of users. By defining user access, we can reduce accidental errors and maintain data integrity.

Role	Data Entry	View Reports	Other
1. Data Manager	Enter data	View any data.
2. Board of Directors		Full rights to view all information gathered.
4. System Administrator	View and change any information.	View and change any information.	Maintain the database and Web site. Grant or revoke the user permission.
